SMOOTHIE RECIPE: When we are fiending a quick protein hit, we don't really get much further than a spoonful of peanut butter spread nice and thick on a banana 🍌
Nuts and seeds are a great way to get more protein into your diet, and Ceres Organics peanut butter is a creamy protein packed edition to a sneaky afternoon chocolate smoothie.
RECIPE:
- 400ml pure mineral water
- 2 x frozen bananas
- 1 Tbsp Ceres Organics peanut butter
- Handful frozen blueberries/strawberries
- 2-3 pitted dates
- Pinch of himalayan salt
- 2 x TBSP Cacao powder
- 2 x TBSP soaked chia seeds
Blend until smooth.
